Job Summary
- 4-5 years of proven experience in leading research projects along with a Master s degree in social science, systems/strategic design or art, from a competent program in India or abroad.
- Experience in engaging clients and stakeholders in a research environment.
- Prior experience of working in the development sector in global/Indian contexts
- Adept with user-centred qualitative design research methods.
- Ability to think critically and have exceptional attention to detail along with a nuanced understanding of applied research and driving research outcomes
- Evidence of experimentation with different research methodologies, tools and approaches
- Proficiency in making presentations, well-versed with different research methods (both qualitative and quantitative), knowledge of analysis software - QDA, Nvivo, Stata or R
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details
- Humility, willingness to listen, learn and adapt
- Willingness to travel
