The opportunity

The Associate Consultant will be an integral part of our projects, working hand in hand with the team in designing and building solutions that address our customer needs and create measurable social impact.

The Associate consultant will be responsible for:

Developing and Strengthening the domain knowledge and practice of Digital Platforms for Sattva:

Support in creating knowledge artefacts about digital platforms in the social sector

Support in developing partnerships relevant to Digital Platforms.

Research and develop methodologies to implement digital solutions for social impact, ranging from digital architecture formats, creating digital deployment plans, and creating adigital technology landscape to aid implementation.

Problem Solving and Analysis:

Identify and create multiple solutions for the problem at hand using different thinking approaches.

Structuring and performing analysis, synthesizing the information to share critical insights, form new hypotheses

Conducting rigorous secondary and primary research to uncover the insightsthat support our recommendations to clients

Share the insights effectively in team and client meetings and work with the team to translate insights into recommendations and plans.

Operations:

Support the operations of the project/ program, including managing logisticsand coordinating with multiple teams

Engage with the client teams on the ground to effectively implement theprograms, ensuring focus on impact first

Creating reports, tools to inform the effectiveness of the project, on-groundefforts

Supporting the team in project management and delivery

Maintaining and recording all critical documents associated with projectmanagement, planning and closure

Work with the team to ensure timely delivery of projects deliverables andconsistently deliver high-quality documents

Support in the documentation of learnings and potentially the creation of reusableknowledge from the project
