Job Overview & Requirements

As an Associate Technical Lead/Sr. Technical Lead, you will lead the design effort on Multiple projects in highly collaborative, fast paced environment.

Your role is critical in Product Life Cycle. You will work closely with Software Engineers and Architects improve existing products and develop new offerings.

For this role, you will have the opportunity to

Best practices in code design, architecture, code quality and code smells.
Ability to deep dive and investigate issues.
Carrying out the discussions and negotiations.
Working closely on the time lines of code reviews and design decisions.
Providing support to multiple projects.
Contribute to project delivery.
Participates in product and solution training to acquire and maintain a detailed level of product knowledge.
Understands, utilizes and communicates best practice methodologies and industry standards internally and externally.
Work proactively with technology team for the purpose of cross-training and knowledge transfer.
Provides leadership and mentoring to other technical resources.

Do you qualify? You must have

Strong facilitation and communications skills
Good knowledge of common technical environment technologies
Must have good knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, architecture and resources
Should have clear understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
Good problem solving, organizational, decision-making written, oral and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Travel as business requirements dictate at management discretion
Ability to work with global teams

Preferences for this role include

Back end technologies stack include : EJB3, JPA, Hibernate, Spring, Spring-batch,
Spring IO, JMS, JAXB, REST, Web Services, PL/SQL, Java 1.8
App. /Db Servers includes: JBOSS, Tomcat, MSSQL, MySQL, Mongodb
Development Practices & tools include: Agile methodologies, Continuous
Integration - Jenkins, Code Coverage tools like Cobertura, JUNIT, TDD, MAVEN, ANT, SVN, CVS, GIT, GERRIT.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in continuous build environment.
Experience with SQL query tuning.
