Use Case Development: Create and refine use cases for Web3 applications based on business needs and objectives. Requirements Documentation: Document detailed requirements for Web3 projects, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and other team members to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test cases and participate in quality assurance processes to ensure successful project delivery. Continuous Improvement: Monitor project performance and suggest improvements for ongoing projects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. (MBA or relevant certification is a plus) Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Strong understanding of Web3 technology, blockchain, and decentralized applications. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
