Job Summary

The Facility Management Technician is to ensure the implementation and monitoring of new works, the monitoring of building maintenance contracts, general service contracts (cleaning, reception, security).

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Implement the new works of the site (factory, headquarters, offices...)
  • Deal with external service providers
  • Look for potential suppliers
  • Write or modify contracts of the providers for validation by her/his hierarchy
  • Participate in infrastructure projects

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Technical level in industrial maintenance
  • Excellent knowledge of internal management processes (orders, invoices, inventories...)
  • Excellent knowledge CMMS
  • Good general knowledge in electricity, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics
  • Very good regulatory knowledge in infrastructures
