Roles and Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst (CA), you will be responsible for bridging the gap between technology and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.
Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
Conducts interviews to gather requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
Help businesses cost-effectively implement technology solutions by precisely determining the requirements of a project or a program, and communicating them clearly to the key stakeholders. Identify and then prioritizing technical and functional requirements
- Ensure compliance of development outcomes with business goals
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Work with strategy function to focus on ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
Drive new initiatives for financial planning and business intelligence systems
- Participates in the QA of products and solutions to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized.
Run workshops and training sessions to relevant stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent analytical, mathematical and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Highly self-motivated and directed
Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
A track record of following through on commitments.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
