Requirements:

• Bachelor of Computer Science or related; 4-5+ years of programming experience in Java, 3-5 years in Hybris development. Have experience with Hybris configuration.
• Proficient in J2EE and Java-related technology, and skilled to use Struts, Spring, Hibernate, EJB, Rest API calls and Web Services to develop projects.
• Skilled in web application development, and good experience in HTML/XHTML/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, etc.; experience in WAP or Mobile App development is preferred.
• Skilled to use and configure one or more mainstream of Web and Application Servers, such as WebSphere, Weblogic, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache and etc.
• Knowledge of database architecture and design, and experienced with at least one of the databases: Oracle, DB2, MS SQL Server and MySQL, and coding with the related SQL statement.
• Retail eCommerce experience is desirable. And experience in E-Commerce platform like Demandware or ATG is a good plus.
• Nice to have skill: OOD and UML, CMS Tools(Adobe CQ5, Open CMS, Magnolia.
• Hybris Core Developer and Hybris Commerce Developer Certifications are a plus.
• Experience with agile development is a plus.
• Team-working attitude with a strong desire to learn and excel;
• Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions. Self-motivated and capable to lead team to provide solution and deliver.
• Solution architecture experience is preferred. Presales experience is preferred. Good communication skills and good at reading and writing in English and Chinese; good English communication capabilities is preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Capable of technical solution and delivery.
• Lead and mentor junior members.
• Lead Presales activities. Build POC and make the demo. Work with related team on effort estimation and project plan.
• Based on the project requirements, work on business requirements, technical specification documents.
• Define solution architect, design the integration between different applications. Lead Hybris and related development.
• Lead technical design works, creating/maintaining the related technical documentation with defined technical templates.
• Investigate, analyze and document reported defects, and track defects till closure. Create, document, and implement testing plans, scripts, execution till closure.
