Expectation & Task

With 6 locations across the world, SAP Product Support has a high performing team of Support Engineers, whose mission is to provide Best in class support experience for our customers By providing end-to end support and services for all SAP cloud solutions, SAP Cloud Support contributes significantly to the success of Cloud Strategy of SAP. Our candidates should have:

  • Worked in Implementation, Consulting, Support or Key-User roles in any business application.
  • Experience in Successfactors BizX Suite including Talent & Compensation Management, Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding, technology platform, SuccessFactors Learning Management System SuccessFactors Workforce Planning & Analytics preferred.
  • Good understanding of standard business processes & scenarios and ability to understand customers business process with the capability to use that knowledge to anticipate best mode of resolution.
  • Ability to work with high sense of urgency and prove willingness to commit the additional time and effort on high impact issues.
  • Strong customer focus and high attention to detail in identifying root-cause.

Education & Competency

  • B.tech/ BE/M.tech/ME/BCA/BSc
  • 3-6 years of work experience in supporting SuccessFactors Solutions or equivalent products in HRIS & Learning domain.
  • Working knowledge of XML, Java, J2EE, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Unix/Windows, JVM, Web application servers, CRM and Service Management ticketing systems.
  • Very good understanding of RDBMS database concepts, SQL and familiarity with operating system, networking concepts, standard PC packages.
  • Outstanding task-management and collaborative capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem resolution, reporting skills along with ability to apply conceptual thinking coupled with exellent communication skills, follow-up and documentation; including online communication.
  • Should be a strong team player with the ability to work across a highly matrixed organization.
