Summary: The SAP Ariba Strategic Contracts Product provides a platform to manage the entire contract lifecycle which is essential to business. It enables standardizing and controlling of contract development and strengthen operational, contractual, and regulatory compliance. The solution facilitates collaboration with all stakeholders no matter where you operate in todays digital economy. We are looking for experienced developers to drive the design and implementation of next generation contracts functionality.

The Role

As a senior developer, you will be collaborating with Architects, Product managers and junior developers to deliver key enhancements and features in the Strategic Contracts product.

• Write design specifications, and subsequently implement and unit test the software
• Work closely with solution managers, architects, user interaction designers, and QA engineers.
• Presenting ideas for system improvements and building POCs.
• Assist in customer adoption of new features
• Help develop test plans and also write junit tests wherever needed.
• Plays an integral role in the entire software development lifecycle including participation in design sessions, defining functional requirements, working with development teams and testing.

Role Requirement:

• At least Eight years of experience in designing and coding web based applications
• At least Five years of experience working in a commercial product development environment.
• Working knowledge at least one MVC framework
• Sound knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals, data structures, design patterns and architecture principles
• Strong knowledge of Java and data base technologies
• Good understanding of deployment environments, configuration of applications, change management principles
• Work experience on UI based technologies such as Angular JS, bootstrap, React etc.. OR Spring Boot
• Experience building microservices based applications
