Job Summary Job Description:

The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered accountant with 8+ years of post-qualification experience in Financial planning and analysis, Reporting, Budgeting, SOPs, etc.
Candidates with additional knowledge of overseas exposure of the finance department (UK, US, etc.) will be preferred.

Reporting will be to the Head of Finance.

Experience Range:

8 - 12 years

Any graduation, and CA

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

Financial planning and analysis (Weightage 50%)

Preparation of Annual budget
Forecasting for the annual budget for the remaining part of the year
Preparation of monthly Budget vs Actual
Preparation of financial management reports
Preparation of various presentation for the board meetings
Preparation of various strategies planning based on business requirements
Preparation of margin analysis reports
Preparation of service line and other department PNL
Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts, payments follow up, Investment of funds in FDR s and Booking of forward contracts
Analysis of the revenue from a new client and additional revenue from the existing clients
Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint presentation

Reporting & Processes development (Weightage 50%)

Responsible for the preparation & regular update of standard accounting manual for the Sannam S4 Group
Responsible for the preparation & regular update of standard operating processes for the Sannam S4 Group
Defining Internal Control policies and procedures and ensuring a strong control environment
Responsible for the preparation of Risk control matrix (RCM) of all significant process
Customization of management reports through advance technology
Responsible for integration with various external software's for example HRIS, salesforce, etc.
Responsible for the improvement in the existing processes of the finance department
Responsible to update an existing MIS package template
Preparation of monthly reporting package of Sannam S4 Group
Preparation of various ad-hoc finance reports as per business requirements
Periodic back up and security of data
Risk Management
Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the business including but not limited to Health, Life,
Professional Indemnity, Fire, Director & Officer, Public liability and Fixed asset insurance
Ensure that the company complies with all regulatory requirements
Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies.
Report risk issues to the Head-Finance
