Business Development:

• Providing client servicing/business development support.
• Developing marketing initiatives and new ideas.
• Evaluating social media options/website.
• Working on our mailers/creative.
• Report on outstanding opportunities worldwide.
• Analysis of Competitors and its trends.
• Building business relationships with potential clients
• Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings.
• Develop and execute innovative promotional programs in both Domestic and International markets that increase market and brand awareness. Insure strategies are tactically executed in a creative and timely manner and within expense guidelines.
• Assist in annual budget preparation, management and forecasting. Prepare budgets and submit estimates for program costs as part of campaign plan development.
• Business promotion- UK, US-CPA, Australia, US-TPA and SGA.
• Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals.
• Enquiry handling - SMC-UK, SMC-US,SMC-Australia and SGA.
• Substantiate New/Existing Clients.
• Collecting database for US-TPA, CPA; UK, Australia.
• Organizing Conferences & Event for Business promotion.
• To prepare and design Corporate Presentation required for presenting the company.
• Designing and drafting the content for Advertisements, Newsletter, Standees and Banners.
• Preparation and arrangement of Business promotion requisites for conference and seminars organized in the UK, US, Australia and India
• Co-ordination for SGA and SMC website.
• Drafting Proposals, Engagement letters and Agreements for Clients.

Requirements:-

• Experience: 3 to 7 years
• Location: Noida
• Functional Area: ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, Customer Service, Operations
• Qualification: MBA in marketing
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the demonstrated ability to work effectively with members of organizational boards, colleagues, business partners, prospects and community stakeholders.
