Role Description:
We are looking for Quality Analyst responsible for analyzing the functionality of applications and designing automated tests to validate their performance
You will also be required to identify bugs, install databases, and collaborate with the software design team.
Job Responsibilities:
Meeting with the software design team to discuss verification protocols.
Identifying software application weaknesses and target areas.
Sketching out ideas for automated software test procedures.
Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas.
Writing automation scripts and implementing software applications.
Designing and installing software databases.
Troubleshooting automation software and finalizing system procedures.
Identifying quality issues and creating test reports.
Collaborating with the design team to solve application faults.
Skills*:*
Expert level knowledge of RESTful APIs.
Experience working within an ITSM structure including Service Now and MS Azure DevOps, Jira,or similar.
Experience with Postman, Soap UI, Jmeter or similar testing tools.
Proven experience in understanding business logic layer of the software architecture.
Strong attention to detail.
Analytical / problem solving mindset.
Excellent time management, planning and multi-tasking skills to support more than 1 testing campaign at the same time.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, phone, video, etc.)
Basic knowledge of Kubernetes, collecting logs from pods
