Funds And Demat Executive Job in Samco Securities Limited

Responsibilities:

• To assist Samco clients in transaction of funds from bank account to trading account
• Ensure timely credit of funds in trading account
• Co ordinate with accounts team for any delayed or stuck transaction
• Help clients to understand their profit and loss for financial year or quarter wise.
• Provide end to end resolution for client s query
• Co ordinate with DEMAT team for shares and holdings related issues
• Help and educate clients in how to use our systems

Requirements:

• Should have basic knowledge about accounting
• Should have good verbal and written communications skills
• Should have basic excel knowledge
• Willing to work in rotation shift
• Should have minimum 1-year experience in customer service or sales process
• Should have basic knowledge of Stock market
