Job Summary

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage fully secured e-commerce websites, web applications & web sites
  • Analyze, design, code, debug, test, document & deploy applications
  • Analyse user stories and develop modifications and fix bugs appropriately
  • Perform unit testing and automation testing of the features developed
  • Implementation of 3rd party integrations
  • Create and update design documents, code review documents
  • Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
  • Maintenance of the featured developed (Existing as well as new)
  • Mentor junior programmers
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
  • Minimum 2 year of experience

Skill Requirement:

  • Enterprise edition Magento Framework (1.0)
  • Good OOPs concepts
  • Extensive experience of PHP 5+ and MySQL
  • Very Good experience in Magento customization
  • High knowledge of Working with extensions and resolving conflicts
  • Experience in developing large scale E-COMM applications
  • Expertise in architecting, designing and development of Ecommerce Web Applications using PHP and Magento
  • Working experience in architecting large scale enterprise solutions in multiple platforms especially on open source technologies
  • Experienced working in Agile Environment
  • Work on Magento integration with external systems, viz CMS/CRM/ERP/Payment/Shipping etc.
  • Should have experience in all aspects of Website Development Life Cycle and Production troubleshooting
  • Expert understanding of Magento s code structure, extension architecture, theming hierarchy, and fallback components
  • Exposure on Magento, CMS, Code Ignitor, open Cart, JavaScript/ jQuery
  • Demonstrable knowledge of XML, XHTML, CSS, Modules i.e. API integration, Payment Gateways, XML with a focus on standards
  • Experience in multi-store, multi-lingual, or multi-currency e-commerce implementations
  • Experience in SOAP/REST API

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Magento 2.0
  • Theme Integration from HTML to Magento Site
  • Knowledge of authoring and extending Magento extensions
  • Experience in module development
  • Experience in CRM/ERP integration with Magento
