Job Summary

Job Description-Sales Officer

  • Primarily responsible for Sourcing, disbursements and collections of EMI on time.
  • Sourcing of target clients as per organization policy
  • Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
  • Will be responsible for achieving monthly sales target assigned
  • Analyze applicants Income, financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
  • Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
  • Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants credit histories, financial statements, and other financial information.
  • Review and update credit and loan files.
  • Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy.
  • Compute payment schedules.
  • Submit applications to credit officer for verification and approval
  • Facilitate for disbursement of approved file
  • Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  • Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks in order to locate prospects for loans
  • Recommend appropriate financial product or service to the customer
  • Ensure quality customer service is delivered

Qualification :
Educational Background : Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience Required :
