Job Summary JOB SUMMARY:

To manage fixed assets accounting, physical verification of assets, assist in capex projects and negotiations, manage insurance renewals / claims, assist in PO preparation / review, month end financial reporting to Group, reporting for financial accounting team through consistent processes and systems and to lead, motivate and develop the team of finance executive (s) team to deliver against business objectives.

We are looking for people who has good knowledge and work experience in accounts payable, Fixed asset accounting and audit reporting mandatory requirement.

We are okay with candidates who has worked with foreign entity clients but should have above mentioned knowledge.

Communication should be good to pass BOE assessment with the 60%.

We need male candidates for Analyst Finance role as the individual will need to travel for asset verifications etc..

SAP is not Mandatory

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • To ensure correct and timely accounting of fixed assets, asset sales and depreciation accounting for the Company, and ensure proper documentation is maintained
  • to maintain Fixed asset register on an ongoing basis, prepare reconciliations, trackers
  • to check documentation for CER s
  • Park entries in SAP related to capex vendors, insurance, etc.
  • to ensure capex payments are released as per company guidelines and policies
  • to review capex vendor balances on an ongoing basis and take corrective steps for any old balances
  • To review depreciation computation as per Income tax Act
  • Manage asset verifications across sites
  • Monitor and track signed and actual Capex spends and highlight any deviations
  • To assist in capex projects, review PO s, contracts and process payments and establish control over the actual spends and highlight deviations against budget, if any;
  • Assist in preparation of PO s and review back up documentation
  • Prepare month end reporting s to Group Finance
  • Manage insurance renewals / claims, liaise with Insurance brokers as and when required
  • Prepare necessary workings / files for statutory audit, internal audit, etc. and liaise with auditors
  • Co-ordinate with the entire finance team at the time of year end audit;
  • To assist in timely and accurate month end book closure provisions, etc.
  • To maintain the books of accounts and verify correctness of entries
  • Conduct performance appraisal for the finance executive(s) / analysts and provide timely feedback; and
  • Assist and mentor executives in order to ensure that business objectives are met.
  • Any other activity as may be delegated by management Has supervisory or people management responsibility, with a particular emphasis on maximizing the performance of those that work for them. Is responsible for an element of business unit performance e.g. sales targets, customer service levels. Champions TCF among team ensuring it is built into all relevant objectives.
