Research Executive/ Research Associate - Bio Analytical Job in Saksin Lifesciences Pvt Ltd

Roles & Responsibility:

• Standardization and validation of bioanalytical ligand-based assays (ELISA).
  
• Develop and validate HPLC (RP, SEC and IEX).
  
• Routinely run SDS-PAGE and Western Blot.
  
• Perform routine testing using established assay to quantify proteins, bacterial endotoxin, sterility assays and total microbial counts.
  
• Stability assessment of drug substances and drug products.
  
• Analyse, summarize, and present experimental results to manager and other team members.
  
• Strong work ethic and ability to interact or communicate well with other team members.
  
• Stay up to date with scientific and technical development within the analytical field.
  
• Accountable for accuracy of data analysis and timely processing of samples
  
• Detail-oriented tracking and documenting of experimental results and instrument performance in
