Job Summary
Requirements:
- Should be hands-on in testing database elements modeled with SQL Server
- Strong in validating data completeness and correctness between the data feeds and data lake
- Should be hands-on in DB testing with SQL scripting experience
Good to have:
- Experience in Azure environment (Azure SQL, ADF, Blob etc.) is preferred
- Knowledge in ETL processes
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the testing of SQL server Transactions processing
- Business intelligence solutions in an Agile Development environment
- Ensure data is consistent and accurate across all layers
- Independently investigate data anomalies or inaccuracy patterns to solve data problems to ensure that all data is up-to-date
- Develop and maintain test plans and create reusable test cases
- Perform data analysis and creation of test data
- Perform manual and automation execution of test scripts
- Analyze and document defects found during test execution using JIRA
