Job Summary

We are looking for SMART Techies who have real time development experience in the Woocommerce side to join the award winning Ecommerce team. Seeking highly talented, motivated and driven individuals with a genuine passion for web technologies. You will be responsible for developing high quality web applications like online communities, e-commerce solutions using Woocommerce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Candidates should possess strong technical capabilities in WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP and other open source Technology.
  • Development of technology framework, code as per the standards, configuration management, etc.
  • Proficiency to handle complex and quality demanding jobs.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analyze Technical requirements for the project requirements and do the necessary R&D.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers on client projects
  • Consult with clients as needed
  • Contribute to the development of the misc. company special projects
  • Manage your own time & development between multiple projects & clients to meet deliverables
  • Follow and contribute to our internal standards
  • Keep up on the latest trends and best practices in web development
  • Other duties as assigned

SKILLS

  • Strong experience with custom WordPress plugin development and Theme Development.
  • Working knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
  • Strong knowledge in AJAX,Jquery,Javascript.
  • Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
  • Familiarity with various commonplace and proven plugins such as: Advanced Custom Fields, Gravity Forms, The Events Calendar, s2Member, BuddyPress
  • Thorough understanding of custom post types and taxonomies.
  • An understanding of programming security best practices.
  • Familiarity with issues in web design & development and accessibility.
  • Familiarity with using command-line tools on Linux servers.
  • Involvement in the open-source community.
  • Experience maintaining version control using GitHub and Bitbucket.

  • 3+ years of experience with WooCommerce and WordPress
