Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive sales for all products in Retail Loans (PL/BL/HL/LAP) in assigned State /Region as

informed by Head office.

• Recruitment & Selection of Vendors (Partners/Agents /DSA/Freelancers/CA/Tax consultant

Etc.) to drive the above business.

• Adhere to all policies of BANKS right from Login to disbursal.
• Make sure all vendors does business in line with above policies.
• All vendors Adhere to all policies of BANKS right from Login to disbursal.
• Regular update of MIS of each vendor from login to disbursal
• All leads generated by HO for vendor appointment must be adhered with timely day to day

feedback.

• All automation launched by HO must be successfully driven
• Knowledge of Payouts for all products (PL/BL/LAP/HL) as per Bank to Bank.
• Tracking /Understanding the market of both Self and Competition and drive business as per

potential.

• Coordinate with accounts for timely release of payouts to above vendors.
• Follow with Banks for payment of vendors if any, for smooth operation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must be from loan Industry
• Knowledge of any products of Secured or Unsecured loan
• Must be a go getter and willing to travel across State extensively
• Knowledge of DSA/Vendor business and payouts in the market.
• Must have market contact of Vendors.
• Must have market contact of Bankers handling either Secured or Unsecured thru DSA

Compensation upto 5 to 7 LPA

Qualification: - Any Graduate / MBA
