Job Summary

To lead and guide a team of engineers to perform scale up activities and deliver products and processes and work by OTIF .
Identify trouble spots in new products and troubleshoot them effectively.
Interact with various functions to ensure that tech transfer activities are performed smoothly, on time and with no errors.
Ensure all technical content generated by the team is error free and studied to ensure a high level of technical accuracy.
Take up initiatives to improve productivity and technical accuracy.
Guide and mentor the team to develop technical skills and expertise.

Qualification :
Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering , Masters degree preferable

Experience Required :

Minimum 10 Years
