  • Having extensive experience with Microfocus ALM
  • Having experience of SAP Testing for Order to Cash business processes with SAP SD, MM modules.
  • Strong in Defect Triage Management.
  • Total SAP experience more than 6-8 years.
  • Strong Communication skill

    • Job Description

  • Ensure that the turnaround time for critical/high defects within defined SLA.
  • Triage SIT defects raised by various testing team for Europe Region and follow up with SAP Functional team to get the defect fixed.
  • Work with SAP Testing team and ensure that testing team are unblocked by defect by chasing defect for closure
  • Attend daily defect review calls and provide status update to key stakeholders about the defect status
  • Attend daily war room for defect triage.
