Must-Have

  • Monitoring dashboard & Triggering bridge in case of outage
  • Ensure right stakeholder is in call, make a note in the call
  • Strong understanding of basic operational best practices such as monitoring, alerting, deployment and change policies
  • Confidence to drive and manage large conference calls and Experience dealing with customers during issue resolution and operating under pressure
  • Excellent communication skill to drive routine communication of status to senior management and customer
  • ITIL Certifications
  • Strong understanding of CM, PM & AM process.
