We are ekinges a Software Architect in the Tech department of Sabse Sasta Dukaan who will be responsible for driving technology & good practices in engineering as we are a rapidly growing & constantly improving organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Aligning and executing technology roadmap and business goals with the organization.
• Implementation of long term technology vision for the organization
• Take responsibility for every product/application in the organization and their impact on the entire ecosystem.
• Participating in code reviews, design reviews, architecture discussions.
• Adopting the best practices around coding, design, quality, performance and implementing/embracing them in the team.
• Experimenting with new & relevant technologies and tools, and adopting them in the long run.
• Responsible for the architecture of all the products and ensuring its alignment to the requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and drive technology & tool choices for them.
• Being responsible for Scaling, Performance & Quality for the team
• Constantly Setting up best practices to help the team achieve the above
• Excellent leadership skills. 2+ years of experience managing
• Keeping track of tasks, defects assigned to the team and delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Job Specifications:

• Strong backend design skill , good knowledge of Data structures & Algorithms
• Good understanding of Frontend App frameworks
• Hands-on experience of working on NoSql Database server
• Worked on high throughput distributed system on Scale
• Exposure to a wide variety of problem spaces technologies
• Strong System design and Object Oriented skills with a nifty ability to craft clean interfaces and operate at the right levels of abstraction
• Solid coding skills with ability to drive teams through massive refactoring exercise & improve coding standards across code bases
• Good understanding & experience of high performance web scale & real-time response systems
• Experience of a variety of large scale persistent systems including large databases
• Exposure to complete product development cycles - From inception to production to scaling up, supporting new requirements, re-architectures
• Should have been part of scalable product development cycles with either large data handling or large transaction processing exposure for 2+ years
• Sound knowledge of software development technologies and industry trends.
• Good communicator and able to present both Technical and non-Technical information. Very effective at disseminating information with a strong belief in transparency.
• Strong team player with capabilities working with globally distributed teams
• Problem solving capabilities with ability to identify root cause, patience and commitment to solve

Experience:

• 7+ Years of experience of total experience with 5 years of experience in product development and software/web development or related field
