Manager-supply Chain Job in Sabse Sasta Dukaan

We are seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our growing league

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operations aligned with our quality standards & optimum utilization of resources
• Proper implementation and execution of workflows and SOPs provided by the senior management
• Strategize and Execute central initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scaling up the operations
• Design the policies and procedures with the help of HOD and implement them
• Leads the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Setting and reviewing budgets and managing operations cost
• Develop, mentor, and motivate the team to spread across locations to achieve higher goals.
• Hiring the correct manpower on time

• Thorough understanding of supply chain function

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management FMCG industry must, e-commerce preferred

Education:

• Graduate & above with strong academic performance,MBA
