- Promptly attending to customer request queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Sales, marketing, telemarketing.
- Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders; Checking the quantities of goods in stock
- Generating leads & opportunities through cold calling, website inquiries, etc
- Maintaining tracker sheet for leads generation & closures.
