Job Summary
- Generating new business from the sales officers and meeting the targets by introducing our company's products range to existing and new customers.
- Recruit, train sales officers and generate business through them.
- Responsible for managing a team.
- Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolve issues and queries.
- Hold regular meetings with BDO, lead providers, Intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned and systematic manner.
- Implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objective for the channel.
Minimum qualification requirement
Required - Bachelor's or higher education
Required - Good command over English
