Job Summary

Manages the daily activities of the branch office& overseeing other duties such as insurance claim processing marketing,auditing, loss prevention and underwriting.

Hires, trains, and monitors the performance of newinsurance agents.

Provides updates to the regional manager regardingoperating results, insurance trends, and competitor methods.

Provide guidance on more complex issues. Develops newbusiness through selling and marketing activities.

Manages subordinate managers and team.

Provides input to strategic decisions that affect thefunctional area of responsibility.

Give inputs into developing the budget.

Capable of resolving escalated issues arising fromoperations and requiring coordination with other departments.

Minimum qualification requirement
  • Required - BFSI sales skill with 6+ years experience
  • Required - Located in Mumbai

    Experience Required :

    7 to 15 Years
