Job Summary
- Work Timings: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (IST) flexible to extend depending on work.
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs In Information Technology.
- Actively seeking out new sales IT opportunities through web/portal search, calling, networking and social media, etc.
- Strong Communication, wherever required setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
- Discovers and explores business opportunities.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Enhances the organizations reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
- Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or Engineering field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing in IT.
- Proficiency in English and excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
