Job Summary

Profile - We are looking for a high energy candidatewho can handle operations at our maker lab (New Franchise of SP Robotic worksMaker Lab)

Major Activities

In-centre Customer Handling

  • New customer counselling and existing customerrepeat registrations.
  • Engage in cross-selling, encouraging students totake up DIY projects at home and school with personal kit & spares.
  • Follow-up with sales leads in a timely mannerover email/phone, qualify different prospects and close the sale.

Classroom Coordination

  • Handling Robotic kits and coordinatingworkstation placements for students.
  • Help students in the physical handling of kitsand checking the kits while taking it back.

Other Activities

  • Assist with planning and being on foot toexecute marketing and pre-marketing plans.
  • Get trained on different levels of the coursesoffered using test licenses, to be able to give first hand assistance tostudents.

Key Skills

  • Counselling, Planning, Execution, Coordination,Marketing, product sales
  • Knowledge or proficiency in electronics,Robotics, IOT is a plus.
  • Being a technology enthusiast is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Good communicator in English (Written andVerbal).
  • Organized and efficient.
  • Customer handling and inter-personal skills.
Minimum qualification requirement

Required - Bachelor's or higher education

Required - Located in Thane

Required - Good command over English

Experience Required :

1 to 3 Year
