Job Summary

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work to create Tibco Spotfire packages
  • Work to create data models and its implementation using Spotfire scripts.
  • Create visualizations, filters, custom expressions etc.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, Development & Testing teams for end to end understanding, design, development, testing, integration and deployment of new reports/solutions.

    Minimum Requirements

    • BE/B.Tech/MCA from recognized institute
    • At least 4-8 years of experience in active Spotfire development.
    • Strong experience as Spotfire developer.
    • Hands on development experience of building visualizations, working on iron python scripts, R and document properties in Spotfire.
    • Good working experience and knowledge of database systems (like Oracle, SQL Server).
    • Development experience with PL/SQL programming.
    • Good experience of understanding business requirements & design reports as per needs of customer.
    • Should be able to work independently & interact with business users & technical SMEs.
    • Working experience with large volume of data is a distinct advantage.
    • Knowledge of Spotfire administration is an added plus. Preferred Qualifications
    • Self-starter who can meet goals with minimal supervision
    • Demonstrated ability to meet commitments, build consensus, negotiate resolutions, and garner respect from other teams
    • Must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to work well under deadlines in a dynamic environment.
    • Have experience of working in cross-cultural environment spread across US, Europe and Japan.
