We are currently hiring for the role of Field Sales Executive for a leading IT Company in India. Our client has multiple products including PC, Printers, Laptops, IT Accessories and Supplies. This roll will be on our permanent payroll and outsourced to the client.

Primary Role and Responsibilities:


As a Field Sales Executive/ Manager you will be responsible for driving HP business through different B2B customers such as retailers, channel partners, SMEs etc. You will be developing long-term channel accounts through recurring customer visits to maximise profitability within your assigned territory.

  • Network expansion by Appointing New Distributors, dealers & Retail trade partners.
  • Build relationships with existing channel partners and customers
  • Drive Market Penetration by cultivating and closing new leads within the sales territory
  • Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis
  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
  • Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
  • Educate partners on new products or services and their impact on sales top-line.
  • Monitor the company s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
  • Maintain daily reports to Reporting Managers at HP or T1 Partners
  • Achieve Revenue targets .
  • Update and Track targets in our proprietary mobile application.


Desired Candidate Profile

Skills Required:

  • Prior experience in managing corporate sales across your territory
  • Product Knowledge of AMC and Carepack services for Printer and Scanner



Perks and Benefits

Salary includes fixed and variable components, depending on the target achievement


Salary : 2,00,000 - 6,00,000 PA. (Including Variable: 20.0%)
