Roles and Responsibilities

• Candidate Base location: At the moment Agents to operate from homes but the home environment should have a dedicated/ideal area for an office setup (with no interference/interruptions of any sort). In future (3-4 months) - Office location will be at Delhi NCR with Gurgaon being the primary option. Agents should be willing to relocate to base location once pandemic situation improves.
• Language Proficiency English, Hindi are a must. Out of the total lot, need around 5 candidates who are proficient in regional languages as well (Tamil, Telegu, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi)
• Domestic / International: Domestic
• Fresher / Experienced: Experienced (Hardware Sales Industry)
• Min experienced required: 2 years
• Product: PC for now. May include Print in future.
• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Take up video calls from customers seeking help to buy HP products without visiting physical stores.
• Guide them to best suitable product solution based on the requirement (extensive product training to be delivered by HP to the agents)
• Deliver best in class customer experience using soft skills, professional telephonic etiquettes, demonstration and closure skills ( Key - Communication skills)
• Drive hardware sell out through the program
• Agents to engage with customers on video calls, hence will have to be extremely presentable with proper grooming/hygiene standards.
• Reimbursement (Like Mobile, Internet): They say well need to provide this reimbursement. Assets like PC, Professional Headset with Mic and Hi speed internet allowance to be provided by HP.
• Uniform HP to provide uniform to the agents
• Who will be the Target audience Costumers / Cooperates? Customers
