Job Summary Roles and Responsibilities

RXG Business Consulting and Solutions is a leading Human Capital Consulting organization. Our HR arm-Xylem Resource Managementis aPremium HP Partnerand supports HP India by managing their outsourced field and store sales personnel across95 locations and 1000+ stores.
We are currently hirinng for a Team Leader position to manage a team of In-Store Promoters at HP World Stores accross Bihar
  • Managing a team of ISPs accross Bihar to drive & achieve the assigned targets
  • Daily Market Visits
  • Helping to maintain Market share & Store TAM
  • Interacting with the retail ISP/Partners and explain the product features, terms, etc
  • Manage relationship with Stores and Partners.
  • Executing activities / events from time to time to augment business efforts.
  • Be responsible for daily updation of Display / SO / ISP tracking / DSR etc.
  • Ensuring the prescribed guidelines are followed and lay down processes in execution of your responsibilities.
  • Generating Cross Sell leads of other Products through Self Sourcing /Referral Busines

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education Required:Graduate from any stream or 10+ 3 year
  • Communication:Good command in the English language along with the regional language
  • Knowledge of MS Office and proficiency in excel
  • Orientation:Should have an acumen for sales and product knowledge
  • Experience Level:More than > 1 year to 2 years
