Position Title: .Net Technical Lead
Shift Timings: UK Shift (12:00 PM - 9:00 PM IST)
Working Days: 5 Days a week
Organisational Context: Reporting to Head Architect & Innovation
What makes you a good fit for this role:
Overall experience between 7 to 10 years (More than 10 years not required)
Strong experience in Microsoft Technical Stack with exposure to Azure Cloud
Skills we are looking for:
7-10 years of success in consultative/complex technology solutions/practice development, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications required
Technical SME on Microsoft Azure Paas, .Net/.Net Core and Angular/React/Other Front End Technical stack.
Strong experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud application development solutions (e.g. PaaS, Serverless, API Management).
Microsoft Azure Cloud application design, software architecture and practices; (design/development/deployment, Agile, SCRUM, ALM).
Container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes/Docker)
Experience in C# programming language
Infrastructure Technologies (e.g. Compute, Storage, Networking, etc.), Migration Techniques, and Resiliency
Good experience (3+ years) in Application Security and Databases
Good to have:
Knowledge and experience of Test Driven Development, Unit Test Frameworks like MS Test, NUnit is essential
Automating Build deployment process using Microsoft DevOps
Extensive knowledge with Microsoft SQL Server
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the workload for software development team.
Responsible for mentoring/training team members where necessary.
Collaborate on software development projects with business teams and other IT teams globally.
Project management including assigning and prioritising work.
Personnel supervision including reporting and mentoring.
Business analysis of requirements including communicating effectively and documenting specifications.
Programming work using the coding skills above, including assisting team members and taking on some of the most complex tasks.
Taking product management responsibility when necessary.
