Position Title: Team Leader-Software Development
Shift Timings: UK Shift (12:00 PM - 9:00 PM IST)
Working Days: 5 Days a week
Organisational Context: Reporting to Project Manager

Professional Experience: 5-8 Years
Skills we are looking for:
Excellent problem solving skills.
Excellent in C#.
2-3 Experience in developing websites using MVC and Web API.
2 to 3 years experience in Angular 2+ & Type Script
2 to 3 years experience in jQuery
1 to 2 years experience in Entity Framework
Proficient in .Net Core.
Basic understanding of Micro services Architecture.
Self-driven, reliable and determined team player.
Flexible and able to adapt to new processes and requirements in a dynamic environment.
Deliver results within agreed deadlines.

Management Skills required for the position:
Candidate shall be responsible for working with various business owners to research, analyse, and document organizational projects.
This position shall develop user stories containing detailed acceptance criteria, triage bugs and system defects, and communicate with development team to design to project scope and objectives, ensure adherence to quality standards, and present project deliverables to business owners through the means of appropriate documentation.
S/He shall have a strong background and experience with agile methodologies, influencing and leading IT teams
Candidate should be solution driven and should have system thinking approach
Candidate shall take projects from original concept through final implementation, employing expert knowledge on specific technologies.
Elicit and create backlog items based upon the business requests, perform detailed technical analysis to review and prepare requirements and technical approach documents with other IT team members.
Review the projects backlog - perform detailed business analysis for various requirements and technical specification input.
Review technical design documentation to affirm validation of requirements.
Create and maintain documentation relating to systems modelling and analysis.
Coordination of analysis, design, development, QA, and release activities in cross functional/matrix environment using Agile methodology.
Manage the work intake to ensure that work items are prepared for IT development, testing and implementation.
Own and escalate issues and impediments that need to be managed at the project level.
Serve as a liaison with clients, participating in meetings to ensure client IT needs are met.
Provide instructional guidance to more junior professionals and helping them technically.
Provide planning of cross-functional efforts, identifying timelines, dependencies and risks
