Position Title: DevOps Developer

Shift Timings: UK Shift (12:00 PM - 9:00 PM IST)

Working Days: 5 Days a week

Organisational Context: Reporting to Manager - IT

What makes you a good fit for this role:

Overall experience between 2 to 4 years (More than 4 years not required)

Strong experience in Installation and administration of Microsoft DevOps Server

Skills we are looking for:

• Source Code Branching in DevOps Server

• Creating/Maintaining Build Definitions

• DevOps process for CI/CD

• Managing IIS 7.5 which includes website performance optimization, Web Application deployment & handling application configuration

• Bash & PowerShell Scripting

• In Depth knowledge of Windows OS

• Understanding of Linux Platform

• MS Build

• Exposure to Azure Cloud Platform

• Docker and Containers

Key competencies:

Process knowledge:

• Change Management

• Managing various Release activities using Source Code Branching, defining release phases and communicating across the board

• Build and Release Management

Good to have:

• Knowledge about DevOps Release Cycle

• Automating Build deployment process using Microsoft DevOps

• Basic Microsoft SQL Server Knowledge

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Would be responsible to work closely with Development & QC Team for various deployment related tasks

• Automating Build deployment process using Microsoft DevOps

• Basic Microsoft SQL Server Knowledge
