Job Summary

  • You are responsible for the management, strategy and execution of client accounts. You will own the client relationship and will be responsible for end-to-end management of the client's social presence
  • Liaising with, and acting as the link between the client and the agency, by maintaining a regular communication channel
  • Meeting virtually/in-person with clients to understand their requirements and execute occasional on ground activities
  • Working with the team to conceptualise a social campaign that meets the client's brief
  • Managing clients social media pages (posting content, responding to queries, supervising ads and generating reports)
  • Constantly presenting campaign ideas which will improve the brand awareness
  • Providing inputs while creating digital campaigns and strategies
  • Refining the campaigns based on results and adapting
  • Creating monthly calendars
  • Creating reports for clients (campaigns and more)
  • Managing budgets and campaign costs
  • Working on pitches for new brands
  • Writing scripts and working closely with the production team to execute ads
  • Good at creating minimal concepts
  • Quick on your feet to work on topical moments
