Senior Design Engineer (mechanical) Job in Rudr Consultancy Services

B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engg. Experience in working on 3D CAD software, preferably, SolidWorks (3to5Years).Should have experience in 3-D Modelling, Assembly, Layout, and Detailing of the drawings like Machines, Sheet Metal- Jigs & Fixtures. Exposure to Plastic part modeling, Mold Tool designing, and Manufacturing Processes. Should be able to read and make mechanical drawings, Think creatively, and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts. Should have experience in Sheet Metal designing and manufacturing processes. Should have hands-on experience inNewProduct development, Engineering system &BOM. Ability to handle projects alone or work with a team. Should have knowledge of Product Engineering: How the product evolves, product life cycle, etc. Should be able to carry out design calculations, component selection, design layout & Preparation of BOM as per manufacturing procedures and standards. Should be able to Identify and work on Cost reduction & Product improvement areas and take initiatives for improving Product Reliability. Should be good in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Maintaining records as per ISO 9001-2000 quality system. Should have good communication skills to interact with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
