Legal Intern

Location: Bengaluru, Remote (5 days/week)

Duration: 1 month (with possible extension based on performance and business needs)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Legal Intern who thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment to support our legal team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, and compliance within the SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the legal team with research on specific legal issues and prepare detailed documents based on findings.
• Draft, review, and redline NDAs and other agreements according to business requirements.
• Provide legal support and coordinate with internal stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

• Pre-final year BA LLB or BBA LLB student with prior internship experience and/or strong interest in the SaaS industry.
• Exposure to employment laws, compliance laws, and contracts through internships or coursework.
• Good understanding of commercial contracting principles and the law of contracts across geographies and industries, including global standards and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clarity and precision.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of AI, technology, intellectual property, and corporate laws is a plus.

Working Model

Remote, 5 days a week.
