Mulesoft Developer - Integration Job in Rubicon Red Pvt Ltd

About your Role:As a MuleSoft Developer (Engineer), you will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing end-to-end project delivery for onshore and offshore customer and internal development projects that may span both our Services and Software business.
• Leading throughout all phases of the Agile software development lifecycle while working collaboratively with cross-functional team members architects, project leads, development teams, and quality engineering.
• Assessing and communicating risks based on project complexity, resources, and timeline constraints.
• Leading integration architecture solutions leveraging a broad range of concepts and technologies including APIs, Microservices, Containers, SOA, REST, SOAP and emerging technologies.
• Establish and promote the use of CI/CD technologies and software release management on projects.
• Establish and evangelize new best practices, software development techniques, and frameworks through thought leadership activities including authoring whitepapers blogs and presenting within the organization, and beyond, to support our Thought Leadership brand promise.
• Undertake ongoing self-learning and development of new technologies, knowledge, and capabilities in specialized domains.
• Support employee and partner growth and mentoring initiatives to contribute to our talent development and recruitment programs.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 4+ years experience using MuleSoft including design of APIs and a proven track record in applying API Design Best Practices.
• Experience developing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) solutions using the following: Mule ESB (mandatory) and other products/platforms including Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle CS, IBM Integration Bus (IIB) is an advantage.
• Good knowledgeand experience with MuleSoft iPaaS including Anypoint Platform, CloudHub (required) and cloud control plane.
• Good knowledgeand experience with MuleSoft API management, API Lifecycle, API versioning best practices, API Policy, API Proxies (independent and embedded with Mule application), Anypoint Exchange, RAML development & APIKit console is required.
• Experience designing and implementing integration patterns and building MuleSoftApplications from the ground up using MuleSoft flow control. Experience with scatter-gather and scopes artifacts for Message Filtering,Message Routing is required
• Extensive experience in:
  • Implementing complex Content Enrichment, Message Transformation using DataWeave programminglanguage, ObjectStore (amongst others).
  • Implementing Guaranteed delivery, Message sequencing, Async Processing, event-driven integration using Anypoint MQ, VM Queues, ObjectStore.
  • Implementing Batch message processing using Batch Aggregator and other Batch artifacts.
  • Managing complex error handling, reconciliation mechanisms using onError Continue, onError Propagate artifacts.
• Good knowledgeand experience implementing MuleSoft API Network on the hybrid environment (i.e runtime fabric, runtime manager proficiency) are highly desirable.
• Ability to create reusable artifacts and follow best practice guidelines for MuleSoft products suite, like RAML Fragments (Traits, ResourceTypes, Security schemas) and the ability to separate concerns within an API specification and Mulesoft template Projects for standard integration patterns would be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of software development methodologies -Agile /Scrum, waterfall, PMO/Service delivery tools, standards and procedures for high-quality software development. In-depth experience using Agile, Scrum and iterative development practices would be an advantage.
• Requires strong analytical and creative skills coupled with solid communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
