rtCamp is looking for talented Enterprise Business Development Managers who excel at identifying, engaging, and converting high-value enterprise prospects into long-term business relationships. In this role, you ll play a key part in expanding rtCamp s presence within the enterprise WordPress ecosystem, driving growth through strategic outreach, consultative selling, and relationship-building with senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and target high-value enterprise prospects across key verticals.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies and deliver compelling presentations that align with each client s unique needs and challenges.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, CMOs, and other senior executives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and qualification to proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand your pipeline and strengthen rtCamp s market presence.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Engineering) to craft impactful proposals and ensure seamless handoff to delivery teams after deal closure.

Must-Have Skills

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in the software or technology industry. Familiarity with the WordPress ecosystem is expected.
  • Exceptional communication skills written, verbal, and presentation with fluency in English to effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills that inspire trust and confidence with senior executives.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in competitive environments.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise sales cycles, sales methodologies, and experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Self-motivated, highly results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Educational background or work experience related to software development or computer science.
  • Familiarity with DXP platforms such as AEM, Kentico, Drupal, Salesforce bonus points for hands-on experience.
  • Basic knowledge of open-source principles and practices.
