Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our development team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing new systems, modifying and maintaining existing systems, and ensuring successful design, development, and delivery solutions through engagement with IT management, development teams, technical delivery teams, and vendors. Responsibilities: Design and integrate information systems to meet the company s needs Assess the current systems architecture and work with technical staff to recommend improvements Troubleshoot technical problems as they arise Provide supervision and guidance to development teams Research and propose changes to current and emerging technologies Communicate any problems with technical solutions to stakeholders Assess the business impact of technical decisions Provide updates on product development processes, costs, and budgets Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or a related field Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design Project management experience a plus In-depth knowledge of coding languages (Java, JavaScript) Sound understanding of operating systems and databases Excellent communication skills Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
