- Outseer Fraud Manager is an advanced, omnichannel fraud detection hub that provides risk-based, multi-factor authentication for organizations seeking to protect their consumers from fraud across digital channels. Powered by the AI/ML based Risk Engine, Outseer Fraud Manager is designed to measure the risk associated with a user s login and post-login activities by evaluating a variety of risk indicators. Using powerful machine learning and fine-grained policy controls, this anti-fraud hub only requires additional assurance, such as out-of-band authentication and transaction signing, for scenarios that are elevated risk and/or violate rules established by an organization. This methodology provides transparent authentication for most of the users, ensuring a frictionless end user experience and high fraud detection rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, build and manage a performance testing environment for OFM product (Cloud and Onprem)
- Lead, mentor and guide peer developers and quality professionals
- Help customer success team to troubleshoot complex customer issues related to PSR
- Take ownership of customer issues related to PSR, plan debugging sessions with customer stakeholders and drive with passion, enthusiasm until closure
- Address increasing product needs, focus on enhancing the PSR capabilities by tuning, scaling, automating and analyzing results
- Drive the PSR activities for releases
- Effective communication with program & product management and assist in setting roadmaps
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities
Essential Requirements
- 9 - 12 years of working experience in Software development, Test Automation and Performance engineering
- Excellent scripting skills in JMeter and framework development and extendibility
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive performance and scale test strategy, technical approach, detailed test plans and test scenarios
- Proficiency in programming languages, preferably Java and scripting languages like Bash, Python
- Train and mentor team members for the implementation oftestautomation strategies and best practices
- Hands-on experience with development and testing practices suitable for an Agile/Lean development organization, including TDD, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
- Hands-on experience in Windows /UNIX / Linux platforms
- Experience in End-to-End Performance engineering, including memory and CPU profiling
- Tuning knowledge at OS, DB and Application layers ; Working with databases SQL and/or No-SQL
- Experience working with complex distributed systems and cloud (AWS/Azure).
- Effective communicator with exposure to working with cross-functional teams and multiples geographical units
Education and Experience
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical field with 9+ years of relevant experience
