Ig&l-software Senior Principal Engineer Job in Rsa Security Llc

RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle product team is looking for a Senior Principal Engineer, who has an extensive development experience in PL/SQL, Oracle DBA skills, Performance tunins and Java. The engineer is expected to lead a team, work with other stake holders and is responsible for planning, design, development, testing and documentation of modules or features in the RSA IG&L product. The engineer is expected to lead the projects and deliver them with high quality and on schedule. Exposure to identity management domain is a plus.

Skills:
Hands on experience with PL/SQL, Oracle, performance tuning and Java
Knowledge on Web and Application servers like WebSphere and WebLogic
Working knowledge on IntelliJ, Eclipse, GIT, JIRA.
Knowledge of deployment on appliance and Cloud
Working experience on Linux platform
Understanding of common software development practices
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and solid debugging skills.
Strong skills in designing software components and engineering them
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of object oriented design patterns, data structures and algorithm
Fix issues in the product to meet quality and performance requirements
Trouble-shoot problems found at customer sites and provide quick workarounds and resolutions
Exposure to Agile development
Exposure to BPM tool is an added advantage
Exposure to Security domain and Identity management is an added advantage
Mentor junior engineers and perform code, design, and unit test review
Good team player
