We are seeking a passionate, self-motivated Sr. Software Engineer with proven hands-on experience designing and implementing complex .NET based enterprise applications. You will be joining a top-notch, highly motivated team of developers who thrive on collaboration, open communication, tackling hard engineering problems, and making an impact.

As a member of our team, you will be involved in all aspects of software development refining product requirements, design and development, testing, mentorship, and ensuring customer success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Investigate complex defects to identify the root cause and potential solution
  • Write Unit Tests for both UI and Backend including Database
  • Design & implement tactical enhancements for Archer product using Microsoft Stack that must adhere to designed to support Business and Customer Requirements
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes
  • Continuously enable oneself on new feature enhancements
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams QA to deliver high-quality defect fixes
  • Perform code, design, and unit test reviews
  • Occasionally contribute to Quality Assessment of the product
  • Occasionally Customer facing

Experience and Skills Needed:

Required Skills:

  • 5 7 years of experience using C#/.NET
  • Preferably full stack development skills in C#/.NET, SQL Server, Javascript based font-end development
  • Highly comfortable with C#/.NET programming concepts such as Delegates, Events, LINQ, Lambda expressions
  • Strong knowledge of OOD, Design Patterns is desirable
  • Good understanding of Restful Service Development
  • Strong debugging skills (preferably Production)
  • Hands-on experience in creating Unit Tests for existing and/or new code
  • Must be a quick learner and should keep pace with technologies
  • Effective written and communication skills

Optional Skills

  • Exposure to JS Framework such as AngularJs, React
  • Experience with GitHub/GitLab Source Control
  • Fundamental knowledge of DS and Algorithms is added advantage
  • Experience with Secure coding practices

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in debugging complex defects and production issues
  • Experience building applications/features using C#, .NET Framework, or Core
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript or React or Anuglar, AJAX
  • Experience with Unit Test

Education:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
