seeks a full-time mid-level software engineer to develop in-house tools.

Responsibilities:

• Design and write specifications for tools for in-house customers
• Build tools according to specifications
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
• Prepare and produce releases of software components
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
• 1-2 years of progress experience in a professional services environment.
• Hands on experience in Java, J2EE technologies and Micro Services echo system
• Effectively define and present technical solution
• Define the goals for teammate and mentor to achieve them.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Deep knowledge of project techniques, tools and methodologies.
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of working across cross-functional teams that include both internal and external resources; ensuring all teams are working towards a common goal.

Educational requirements:

• Any Graduate

Experience requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience

Desired Skills:

• Web application development using Java/J2EE
• Web application development using Python or familiarity with dynamic programming languages
• Core Java
