Job Summary
1. To generate business from Channel Partner employees like: RM, Sales Managers, Branch Managers, Area Manager and push them for RSGICL Business
2. Meet the RMs of all the channels across all branches and Area Officers and gather the prospects and subsequently attend the Sales Calls
3. To activate RMs of various segments, ask for leads / daily fresh calls etc.
4. To influence & motivate RM / Insurance Specialist & Branch Managers to do GI Business.
5. To drive the sales & right product mix for the channel
6. To regularly participate and attend daily sales huddle, monthly meetings with Channel Partners across all assigned branches across business geography
7. To monitor the all kind of rollover & renewals data and ensure 100% conversion on such renewals
8. To regularly issue motor quotation, monitor its conversion & payment, do the inward and follow up on issuance with strict adherence of TAT
9. To follow the process of the channel for sales
Skills Required :
1. Good experience in GI / Banc assurance environment
2. Preferably worked in: Motor Loan Company or General Insurance with handling 75% motor insurance portfolio, has handled motor dealer channel
3. Good knowledge and experience of selling of Motor Insurance products like: Commercial Vehicle, Private Motor Car, Tractor Insurance, Construction Equipment
4. Candidate should be strong in spoken English and must be knowing the local language.
5. Candidate should have good amount of experience in working at the relevant geographies / place of posting and has knowledge of Motor Loan, Motor Dealer Disbursement etc.
6. Candidates pursuing or completed Insurance related courses (Like: Licentiate, Associate or Fellowship) from Insurance Institute of India would be added advantage.
7. Candidate should have willingness to frequently travel within business geography at short notice.
8. Candidate who has handled NBFCs / Motor Loan Companies as banc assurance partners.
