Qualification & Experience

  • CA Final with Minimum 8-10 years of experience (must have experience with real estate industry)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Finalization of accounts and preparation of balance sheet as per GAAP.
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
  • Supervise the process of authorization of bills, MIS, LC - BG monitoring
  • Evaluate the Feasibility Analysis, Evaluation Report for the company
  • Preparation of financial statements
  • Ensure that the processes are as per Company Policies and make changes as required
  • Improve the current processes from Accounting Standard, Tax Related changes etc.
  • Automate and ensure timely and correct processing and payments
