PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- To assist Senior Legal Manager, accountable for work such as Revenue Case, Civil/ Criminal Court case, file preparation, drafting of various documents, Follow up, to appear in Revenue Court/ Judicial Courts.
KEY DELIVERABLES / PERFORMANCE MEASURES
- Accuracy in the drafting of various documents.
KEY CHALLENGES
- Always protect Company Interest
- Timely completion of tasks.
IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE ROLE
- Knowledge
- Legal Knowledge (Real Estate)
- Awareness of Legal Proceedings.
- A basic understanding of Land laws and Notifications.
